The data controller for NOVA is NOVA Commerce Ltd. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@solcrate.shop.

• Order & shipping details — the name, shipping address, email, and (where you provide it) phone number you enter at checkout so we can deliver your order and keep you updated.
• Payment data on-chain — each order is assigned a unique Solana deposit address. We record the order's expected amount, the token (SOL, USDC, or USDT), and the on-chain transaction that pays it. Solana is a public ledger; the payment itself is inherently public.
• Basic technical data — we log limited security information such as IP address and timestamps for admin access and abuse prevention.
• Analytics — we use a third-party funnel/conversion analytics provider (MintFunnel) to understand how visitors use the store and to improve the shopping experience. It may set cookies or similar identifiers and process usage data (such as pages viewed and interactions) on our behalf. We do not use it to sell your data.

We do not collect or store credit-card numbers, bank details, or any government ID. There is no login or password to manage.

• To confirm your payment on-chain and mark your order paid.
• To pack, ship, and provide tracking for your order.
• To answer support requests and process returns or refunds.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the store.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfill the order you place), legitimate interests (securing the store and preventing fraud), and legal obligation (retaining transaction records for tax and accounting).

We share your information only with parties that help us fulfill your order:

• Shipping carriers — to deliver your package (they receive your name and address).
• Infrastructure providers — our hosting and database provider, and the Solana RPC provider we use to read payments on-chain. They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
• Authorities — only where we are legally required to.

We never sell your personal data.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Note that anything recorded on the Solana blockchain is permanent and outside our control.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@solcrate.shop and we will respond within the time your law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

NOVA ships worldwide, and our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.

NOVA is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our products are sold to customers who can lawfully enter a purchase contract.

We may update this policy as the store evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be reflected here.
