Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories, and not activated or personalized where that prevents resale.

Some items can't be returned once opened for safety, hygiene, or licensing reasons, or if they are clearly used beyond inspection. We'll always tell you before you ship anything back.

1. Email support@solcrate.shop with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and an address.
3. Ship the item back (see who pays below) and share the tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, we process your refund.

Refunds are issued in the same token you paid with (SOL, USDC, USDT) to a Solana address you provide. Please note:

• We refund the token amount you originally paid for the returned item. Because crypto prices move, the fiat value at refund time may differ from what you paid — this exchange-rate risk sits with you, not us.
• Refunds are sent to the address you give us. Crypto transfers are irreversible, so double-check that address — we can't recover funds sent to a wrong address you provided.
• We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we cover it — and we'll refund or replace the item and any original shipping you paid.

If your item is faulty on arrival or fails within any applicable manufacturer warranty, contact us at support@solcrate.shop. Depending on the situation and your local consumer rights, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Keep photos and packaging where possible.

You can cancel before an order ships for a full refund. Once it's shipped, the return process above applies. See our Terms of Sale for the full contract.
