Terms of Sale

When you check out, we create an order and show you a unique Solana deposit address and the exact amount due. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm your payment on-chain and mark the order paid. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items we cannot source), in which case we refund any amount received.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and settled in SOL, USDC, USDT on the Solana network.
• For SOL, the amount due is locked to a live USD quote at the moment you check out and is held for a limited time (about 45 minutes). If the payment window expires before your transfer confirms, the order may need to be re-created at the then-current price. Stablecoin (USDC/USDT) amounts are 1:1 with USD.
• You must send the exact token and amount shown, to the address shown, from a wallet you control. Sending a different token, an incorrect amount, or paying after the window closes can delay or prevent your order from being fulfilled.
• Underpayments are held and flagged; we will contact you to complete or refund the order. Crypto transactions are irreversible, so please check the address and amount carefully before sending.

Orders are fulfilled manually. Once your payment confirms, we prepare and ship your item and provide a carrier and tracking number. See our Shipping Policy for timeframes and coverage.

You may return most items within 30 days — full details, conditions, and how refunds are paid are in our Returns Policy.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Beyond the returns rights described above and any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to attempt to interfere with or probe its systems, or to place orders fraudulently. We may refuse service to protect the store and other customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVA Commerce Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lugano, Switzerland, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
